No space-based plate care efforts are required. To keep the apparatus clean and your teeth in order, use the following tips:
- Daily remove and clean the structure with a special gel and a medium hard brush
- Once a week, “spring cleaning” is needed: the plate is placed in a container with a special liquid
- If the device is very dirty, do not wait until the bacteria provoke the disease. Put the structure in the box and carry it to the orthodontist for cleaning
- Do not forget about the hygiene of children’s teeth: a toothbrush and toothpaste 2 times a day – this rule remains unchanged
